Water leaks at the sealing head gland nut (HP outlet)
Water at the gland nut where the HP tubing leaves the sealing head comes from the tubing connection.
The cone does not seal without the correct torque.
How to check: Torque the tubing gland nut (pressure released).

Too many or too few threads behind the collar stop the tube from seating.
How to check: About 1.5 to 2.5 threads should be visible past the collar.
Thread fatigue or a cracked tube end leaks even at torque.
How to check: Inspect threads and tube end; replace cracked parts.
