Shipping

We ship with PostNL from Breda, the Netherlands, to business customers in the Netherlands, the rest of Europe and worldwide.

When we ship

• All orders are paid in advance. We ship once your payment is received.
• HP tubing cut to length, coned and threaded is made to order. It ships as soon as it is ready.
• You receive a track & trace link by email when your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of your order. You see the exact amount in the checkout before you pay.

Delivery terms

We deliver DAP (Delivered at Place) at your delivery address, Incoterms® 2020. For deliveries outside the EU, import clearance, import duties and import VAT are for your account.

Damage or missing items

Check your delivery on arrival. Report visible damage on the carrier's delivery note and to us within 2 working days; missing or wrong items within 5 working days. See our returns policy.
