Privacy statement
We process the personal data of the contact persons of our business customers only to sell, deliver and support our products, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects. We do not sell personal data.
3. Who receives your data
We share data only with parties that need it to perform the order, under a data processing agreement where required:
- Mollie B.V. (payments, the Netherlands)
- Hetzner Online GmbH (website and webshop hosting, servers in Germany)
- Hostnet B.V. (domain names and DNS, the Netherlands)
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft 365 email, including order confirmations and invoices, provided through Hostnet B.V.)
- Quadient (Simplymail shipping platform, to create the shipping label)
- PostNL (delivery of your order)
- The European Commission's VIES system (VAT number check)
- Our accountant and the tax authorities, when required by law
4. Transfers outside the EU
If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we make sure that an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.
5. Cookies
We use functional cookies and local storage that the website needs, for example for your cart and chosen machine. Analytics or marketing cookies are used only after you give consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
6. Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and backups.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to info@waterjetpartshop.com. We answer within one month.
You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own EU country.
