A high-pressure fitting leaks

Cone-and-thread connections have a weep hole that shows a leak. Never plug a weep hole.

Safety first: Switch off the pump, release all pressure (open the on/off valve or bleed-down valve) and lock out before you open any high-pressure part. Never put a hand or tool near a running jet.

01Gland nut not tight enough Most likely

The cone only seals with the right torque.

How to check: Torque for that tube size, pressure released.
