Cylinder over-temperature warning or shutdown

Heat at a cylinder means high-pressure water leaks inside that cylinder.

Safety first: Switch off the pump, release all pressure (open the on/off valve or bleed-down valve) and lock out before you open any high-pressure part. Never put a hand or tool near a running jet.

02Debris under outlet or inlet poppet Possible

A held-open poppet lets water flow back.

How to check: Inspect check valve poppets and seats.

03Inlet water too warm Less likely

Warm inlet water (above about 18 °C) shortens seal life.

How to check: Measure inlet water temperature.
